Is this what the iPad 3 will look like?

China-based gadget blog says it has obtained and assembled the front glass, rear shell, and cases for Apple's next tablet.

Apple is widely expected to unveil the iPad 3 later this week, but a gadget blog has gotten its hands on what are purportedly pieces of the new device and assembled them to give us an idea of what the new device might look like.
M.I.C. Gadget, a China-based blog, says it has obtained the front glass, rear shell, and cases for Apple's next tablet and shot a video (see below) of the device's near-final exterior.
The parts suggest that the iPad 3 will be a little thicker than its predecessor but will feature tapered edges that may make it feel thinner. The front glass shell also shows what appears to be a home button, putting to rest earlier speculation that Apple had given the boot to the familiar button.
The blog also says the device will carry the same capacities and price tags as existing version, backing up earlier reports from 9to5Mac. However, there was no mention of the much-rumored Retina Display.

This is the latest in a series of possible leaked parts for Apple's next iPad, which is widely expected to be unveiled Wednesday at an Apple press event. Late last week, gadget repair service Repair Labs posted images of a pair of digitizers, the front panel that includes the glass and the touch sensitive layer, purportedly for the new iPad 3.
Other potential iPad 3 parts that have cropped up in recent weeks include a high pixel density display panel, rear aluminum backing, slightly modified home buttons, and a circuit board with an Apple-made "A5X" processor.
